Beach Tennis

Beach Tennis is a fusion between racquet sports and beach sports. Like tennis, it can be played single or double on a beach volley court.

It requires quick movement, strategic thinking, and a strong physical and mental workout.

Good complement for any racquet player looking for another approach and environment of health, agility, coordination.

The sun, sand and sea creates a relaxing environment that enhances your overall well-being, reduces stress and boosts your mood. positive atmosphere the sport encompasses.

Areas of Expertise

Based on the ATP Tour’s observations and all level competition, I like working on all compartments of the game but I strongly focus on footwork, serve/return, groundstrokes and mental approach:

reacting quickly, moving fast and well, recovering properly, being balanced at contact point. Footwork is the core of your game .. Using all the geometry of the court, being able to reach any ball in any zone.

entrance of the point, crucial shots in modern tennis. Motion fluidity, toss, legs synchronization, body transfer, variation of zones and effects.

working on swing motions fluidity, relaxedness, timing, contact point, using all effects and variations possible.

breathing awareness, building routines and defining your goals, setting up your intentions, learning to manage internal emotions better using mental keys.

Don’t let your mind interfere with your body language. Be the king of yourself, be one on the court.
